On Thursday, 22 January 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (HCM-UTE) hosted a distinguished delegation from Incheon National University (INU), South Korea. This visit reinforces our commitment to expanding academic networks and creating world-class opportunities for our community.

The meeting served as a vital platform for academic exchange between leaders and experts. Representing INU were Prof. Min-Suk Shim, Prof. Seung-Ho Lee (Dean of College of Life Sciences and Bioengineering), and faculty members from the Department of Nano-Bioengineering. They were warmly received by HCM-UTE representatives from the Office of International Affairs and the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology.

The discussion focused on several key pillars of collaboration:
- Graduate & Research Programs: Exploring joint initiatives and faculty/student exchange opportunities.
- Scientific Innovation: Deepening ties in the fields of Nano-Bioengineering, Food Technology, and Environmental Engineering.
- Global Korea Scholarship (GKS): A specialised session on the GKS R&D programme, offering students a path to advanced degrees in South Korea.

The meeting concluded with a group photo, symbolising a shared vision for the future of higher education. We look forward to the innovative research and educational breakthroughs that this partnership will bring to HCM-UTE.
