On Thursday, 31 July, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) was honoured to welcome Professor Pham Xuan Tan, a distinguished expert from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, Canada.
