During the session, both sides shared their institutional backgrounds and discussed various possibilities for collaboration in teaching, research, staff and student mobility, language and cultural exchange, and postgraduate studies. UMS presented its programs such as the English Enhancement and Mobility (EEM) and Summer Camp initiatives, while HCMUTE introduced opportunities for internships, cultural discovery camps, and joint academic projects.

Representatives from HCMUTE expressed strong support for the proposed initiatives and affirmed the university’s readiness to cooperate in designing customized programs and facilitating exchange activities. Both sides agreed to work toward formalizing their partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the near future.

The meeting concluded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with both universities exchanging special gifts as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation. The dialogue marked another important step in strengthening regional academic collaboration and fostering long-term partnerships between Vietnam and Malaysia.
