In the pursuit of global academic excellence, building deep-rooted, "closed partnerships" stands as a cornerstone of the internationalisation strategy at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (HCM-UTE). A testament to this enduring alliance is the robust and frequent exchange of expertise with Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), Thailand.

From May 4th to May 11th, 2026, HCM-UTE is honoured to host a distinguished delegation of scholars and students from RMUTL, further cementing the bond of innovation and friendship between our two institutions.

This visit highlights our "closed partnership" through high-impact activities:
• Expert Knowledge Transfer: Scholars from RMUTL are leading seminars on pioneering technologies, including internal combustion engines, pneumatic robotics, and automated control systems.
• Student Research Integration: RMUTL students are engaging in hands-on research at HCM-UTE’s advanced laboratories, focusing on Smart Agriculture and recovery ventilation systems.
• Facility Excellence: The delegation experienced our world-class learning environment through tours of the Maker Space, Wood Workshop, and Digital Learning Rooms.

As a premier strategic partner, RMUTL is a leader in applied engineering, renowned for its strong industry links and expertise in Energy, Automation, and High-Tech Agriculture.

By maintaining frequent faculty and student exchanges, HCM-UTE and RMUTL continue to bridge the gap between academic theory and global industrial needs, paving the way for future international research collaborations.
