From 29 June to 10 July 2026, a delegation of five students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (HCM-UTE) proudly participated in the "AUN–UBD Summer Camp 2026," hosted by Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) in collaboration with the ASEAN University Network (AUN).

Centering on "Tides of Tomorrow: Reimagining Coastal Cities," the 10-day program gathered ASEAN youth delegates to explore innovative solutions for sustainable coastal development.
🌟 Program Highlights:
- Academic Excellence: Engaged in expert lectures on marine biodiversity, blue urbanism, nature-based carbon sinks, and circular aquaculture economies.
- Youth Leadership: Contributed to the Future Ocean Changemakers Youth Forum, proposing strategic ideas for the Blue Economy and ocean sustainability.

- Practical Insights: Conducted field visits to key maritime hubs, including Muara Port Company, Department of Fisheries, Royal Brunei Navy, and Brunei Gas Carriers.
- Cultural Exchange: Proudly promoted Vietnamese culture and strengthened regional ties through international networking sessions.
This experience not only enhanced our students' global perspective and critical skills but also demonstrated HCMUTE’s commitment to regional integration and sustainable innovation.
