On April 4th, 2024, the Acting President - A/Prof. Dr Le Hieu Giang and officials of HCMUTE hosted a meeting with Mahasarakham University, Thailand, discussing and signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in various collaborative fields. 

The two universities led to implementing short-term training courses, joint scientific research and projects, and co-host international conferences. Besides, the two sides concentrated on student, staff, and faculty exchanges, student internships, technology transfer and innovation, and domestic and international training programs. The meeting officially marked a significant milestone in establishing a tied partnership between the two universities.
