On July 27 & 28, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with 04 universities including: Rajamangala Lanna University of Technology (HCMUTE), Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna – RMUTL), National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU), National Penghu University of Science and Technology (NPU) and University Sunchon National University (SCNU).

The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding is an important step to mark the extensive cooperation and create conditions for lecturers and students to study and participate in research exchange programs between HCMUTE and other institutions education in the future.
