On March 27, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education hosted ITEC DAY 2025, a special event celebrating the strong bond between India and Vietnam through the ITEC program. 

This event also served as an opportunity for former ITEC students to reconnect, share experiences, and reflect on their time in the program.

Three distinguished alumni shared their insights: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Truong Dinh Nhon, Dean of the Office of International Education at HCMUTE, who attended the ITEC course in India in 2013; Ms. Le Mai Kim Chi, Head of the Restaurant Management Department of the Faculty of Fashion & Tourism at HCMUTE and an ITEC participant from 2013; and Mr. Vo Thanh Tam, Head of International Relations Department at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, who completed the ITEC program in 2018.

With the continued support of the Consulate General of India and the ongoing partnership with HCMUTE, the ITEC program remains a vital platform for fostering educational opportunities and collaboration, strengthening the enduring friendship between India and Vietnam.
