On May 2nd, 2024, the officials of HCMUTE had a meeting with Chulalongkorn University, Thailand to strengthen a tied partnership between the two institutions in the coming time. 

At the meeting, the two partners focused on promoting collaboration in promising areas such as conducting a joint training program (Master's Degree), fostering staff and student mobility, signing the MOU, and moving forward to sign MOAs with the Faculty of Graphic Arts and Media, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical and Food Technology.
