On 23 July 2024, HCMUTE’s officials welcomed a delegation from the National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan (NTNU). 

At the meeting, NTNU and HCMUTE concentrated on fostering collaborations in many promising fields including co-publication, co-supervision, and student scholarships such as TEEP and IIPP. Based on the fruitful discussion, the two sides are leading to the first MOU signed between the two institutions.
