From November 19, 2023, to December 2, 2023, HCMC University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) carries out an initial step for the staff exchange program by sending out two (2) staff members—one from the Office of International Affairs (OIA) and one from the Faculty of International Education (FIE)—to Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), Thailand.

The purpose is to learn more about the operations, administration activities, and student support of the Office of International Relations (OIR) and faculties of RMUTL and also share their knowledge of the system from HCMUTE to RMUTL's staff and faculties.
